City Council approves changes to animal laws

It's good news for people concerned about overvaccination of their pets, but bad news for those who had hoped not to see limitations on ownership of pit bulls.
Today the Wichita City Council approved changes to the city's animal codes, including a change to the annual rabies vaccination requirement and restrictions on pit bulls.
