Pug Tails - my baby

This is what my mama and papa call my baby. Don't know what that means, but I do know that I love this thing. I like to gnaw on it for hours until it gets real wet and slimy - the way I like it.

Anyone else have a baby they love?

Norton, your baby looks like it's been very well loved. I bet your mama and papa are glad your baby doesn't look more like a slipper or tennis shoe!

My kitty - Addy - has a chenille stuffed dog with fuzzy antlers that she carries around - we call it 'Reindeer Dog.' Smile Reindeer Dog used to be a Christmas Ornament, but Addy stole her off the Christmas tree and wouldn't give him back! The funny thing is that she only carries him around (she carries him by the scruff of his neck!) when she is sad - if she think she is alone she takes him in her mouth and goes from room to room crying (a pathetic, muffled sound) until she finds someone to love on her. What the heck is that thing? And does it still have its squeaker?

Norton, Myles has his "bungy dog" toy that's, um, been around for awhile, and he loves his baby, too. Myles likes to eat the face off his toys, so most of them no longer have eyes, noses or mouths, sad to say.

It's a squirrel and I've gone through several versions. This particular one still has his squeaker, although it sounds rather flat to my pug ears.

You do look very happy with that baby, Norton. Our new dog, Izzy, has a brand new fleece baby that she's already loving and snuggling. I'm guessing it will look like yours soon.

    Norton,

I have two dachshunds and Frank has a squeeky carrot that he carries everywhere. He has to have it in bed at night under the covers or he paces and cries. Frank is blind so this is a challenge as you have to find it for him and make sure it's tucked under his chin or front leg. Elvis is my other one and he likes anything he can squeek and bury under a blanket. He can entertain himself for hours just burying and then uncovering the same toy in the same blanket. He is younger than Frank and he is Frank's "seeing eye dog" now.

If anyone out there has a dachshund, you know how this burying thing and burrowing under the covers can be. Aren't they the coolest breed ever?

I'm sure my evil cousin Maddie (the Jack Russell Terrier) would LOVE to sink her disgusting teeth into that pretty little baby of yours...pull the stuffing out and de-squeeker it....just like she did to my precious pink martian. Whhhhhhiiiiiinnnnne. So sad...I can't write anymore.

I have a Loofa Dog that I call "Cat Dog" because the legs look like ears. One eye is missing and the other one is coming off. We've been through 12.
