Sweety Belle Star searching for the ultimate retirement home!
Sweety Belle Star is looking for a new home. She is a senior girl who was taken in by the Wichita Animal Shelter as a stray. She is about 10-12 years old, spayed, heartworm negative, up to date on vaccines and in the process of recovering from fleas and a severe oral infection. Sweety appears to be house trained and wants nothing better than to cuddle up on your lap. She seems to do well with other dogs and children. She has a mature cataract in one eye but has no trouble getting around. Last Wednesday she had extensive oral surgery with 10 extractions leaving her with only 5 teeth. She is due to have further oral surgery and may have an additional 2-5 teeth extracted. She is a happy little girl and a hairy hairless chinese crested. This means she has hair over most of her body. She can be trimmed to reduce the extra hair and look more like a hairless. November is adopt a senior dog month....lets find this girl the retirement home of her dreams!
