Yoda, a 4-year-old Miniature Poodle Mix, is a very sweet but timid little dog. He really needs a home with a lot of love and willingness to accept his frazzled, but adorable, appearance. His previous owner gave him up because they didn’t have enough time to devote to this loving pooch. He is described at the shelter as a constant companion and is hoping for a new family who is searching for a little lap dog just in time for the holidays. He is housetrained and warms up to new people after being around them for a few minutes. Once Yoda is comfortable with you, you will have a new best friend for life. He’s also a member of the Lonely Hearts Club, which means he has a discounted adoption fee. He has been at the Kansas Humane Society for a few weeks now, as he patiently waits for a home of his own. He has seen many of his furry friends be adopted and is ready for that chance of his own.

And his sweater stays with him…he just loves how warm and comfortable it is!
