Princess is our Golden Lab. Baby Girl is our son's pit bull and she is visiting while our son is deployed to Afghanistan. We decided to adopt a cat from the Lawrence Humane Society. I read each bio of the cats available for adoption. Cujo had been raised with dogs so he was selected. From the time he arrived home, he thought he was Baby Girl's mother. He gave her an immediate licking and Baby Girl, sweetheart that she is, welcomed the love and attention. From there Cujo turned her attention to Princess. Princess never snapped at Cujo but did not immediately take to the TLC like Baby Girl. Now they are all best of friends. Baby Girl will even let Cujo stick his head inside of Baby Girl's mouth to inspect her teeth. They are definitely frenemies and NOT enemies.
