Hi. My neighbor's dog is a 14-year-old male blue heeler, Bay, who is blind.

I have a new border collie, a choc lab and two fat senior cats. My border collie seems to be doing generally OK with the cats, but every so often, he will give the black and white cat, which, ironically, looks most like him, the evil eye.
