Last week another breeder violated sanitation and crowding rules and 111 dogs were siezed. More than 40 of these dogs went to the Caring Hands Humane Society in Newton. Many different breeds were there, including chihuahuas, Maltese and Pomeranians. The dogs in Newton are in relatively good shape, and are in exceptionally good hands now.
