We are enjoying the mild Spring weather and a reduction in the amount of rain has meant we can get out for long walks; something the girls always enjoy.  Yesterday, we went to Scheveningen and walked along the beach boulevard.  The beach restrictions don't take effect until May 12, so there were lots of dogs running back and forth along the waterline.  Malie and Porcini were so full of sand, they ended up having a bath when we got home.

Malie's nodular panniculitis issues have improved somewhat since we got back from Kansas.  I'm hoping that some of the small changes I've made because of my web research are making a difference.  The fish oil in particular, seems to be helpful.  We are reducing the prednisalone gradually and keeping our fingers crossed.  That girl is nothing if not high maintenance!

Porcini continues to be her usual laid-back self.  She spends a lot of time on sunny days soaking up the sun on the terrace.  Nice work if you can get it!
